The Los Angeles Superior Court has had a personal computer maintenance agreement with ComputerWorks Technologies for approximately 5-6 years.    Because of the nature of our business we have very strict service requirements that they have been able to meet.  For example, computers in the courtroom must be repaired right away and they have always been able to send a technician out to meet that demand.  The required turn-around time for most repairs has been within 4 hours and they have been able to provide service within that time frame.
The technical skills of their analysts have been exceptional.  They have been able to resolve our hardware problems and make recommendations to prevent the problems from reoccurring.

LA County Department of Children and Family Services sent to bid for eight field engineers, with specific requirements including trouble-shooting multi-platform systems interoperability issues and multi platform systems integration and migration experience. The award duration was for one calendar year. The bidding for this award was furious. ComputerWorks Technologies landed all eight positions and the reason for that was first, the quality of the candidates we screened and secondly, our competitive pricing. Since, placing these eight engineers, ComputerWorks Technologies has received high marks and praise from upper management lauding the quality of work and the level of professionalism performed by this team.
The immediate county supervisor was quoted thusly regarding just one of the many projects under this team’s responsibility:
